No. The Richer Sounds approval is a credibility marker, not a requirement. We mount TVs from any retailer — Currys, John Lewis, Amazon, direct-from-manufacturer, even pre-owned units. Service and pricing are identical regardless of where the TV came from.

Pricing is the same standard rate across all customers. We don't mark up Richer Sounds customers, and we don't discount them either. The benefit is the trust signal — you know in advance the quality of work to expect. See our pricing page for current rates.

We carry Sanus, Vogels, AVF, and other premium brackets — the same brands Richer Sounds stock. We size the bracket to your TV (VESA pattern, weight, and viewing-angle requirement) and supply on the day. You can also bring your own — we'll fit any quality bracket.

Often yes — subject to availability. If you're collecting in the morning, call as soon as you've confirmed pickup and we'll see what afternoon slots are open. Same-day mounting is possible 7 days a week, 8am–10pm.
