Soundbar Installation FAQ

Yes — soundbar installation is an add-on to our TV wall mounting service. When you book your TV mount, simply mention your soundbar and we include it in the same visit. Everything done together.
We install most soundbar brands and models. The common ones — LG, Samsung, Sonos, Bose, Sony — are routine. Unusual or older units are checked against bracket and mounting-point compatibility on the day; if there's an issue we will flag it before drilling.
Either works — two options. (1) You supply the wall-mount bracket and we install it: pay the labour cost only. Many soundbars include a wall-mount kit in the box; check yours first. (2) Tell us your soundbar model when you book and we will source the correct bracket for you: we agree the bracket cost in writing before the visit and the final price covers bracket + labour. We do not stock soundbar brackets on the van, so the source-it option needs pre-arranging.
We use the best connection available for your specific TV and soundbar combination. If both support HDMI eARC, we use that. If not, we use HDMI ARC or optical — whichever is more appropriate for the kit you have. We test the audio link before we leave.
Yes. After mounting and connecting, we verify the soundbar is receiving audio from the TV and that the connected devices we configure are working. A soundbar mount-and-test adds time on top of your TV install — we estimate the visit length at booking based on your specific setup.
Yes — that is a popular position. We mount the soundbar centred below the TV, route cables tidily alongside the TV cables (cable hiding available as an add-on), and test the audio link before finishing. The height gap is confirmed on the day based on your TV size and soundbar dimensions.
Soundbar installation as an add-on to TV mounting is from £50. As a standalone job (no TV mounting on the same visit) it's from £100. Cables are hidden inside the wall on Premium tier (from £200). See /pricing.
