TV Cable Hiding — In-Wall & Surface Trunking in London

Hanging cables ruin the look of a professionally mounted TV. We offer two solutions — white surface trunking that works on any wall, or cables fully hidden inside the wall on plasterboard. Available as an add-on to any TV wall mounting job across London and the South East.

Two Options

Which Cable Management Is Right for You?

We assess your wall and confirm the right option before starting — no decision needed in advance.

Surface Trunking

Any wall type

Cables routed inside a slim white PVC channel fixed to the wall surface. Neat, flat, and professional. Works on plasterboard, brick, concrete, and stone. Paintable if you want it to match your wall.

Works on every wall type
White finish — paintable by customer
No cutting or wall damage
Lower cost

Best for: Brick, concrete, or stone walls — or anyone who may want to change cables later.

Hidden Behind the Wall

Plasterboard only

Cables routed inside the wall cavity through two flush back-box plates — one behind the TV, one at socket level. No surface cabling visible — the TV appears to float against the wall.

No cables visible on the wall surface
No trunking on the wall
No plastering required after
Clean, surface-free finish

Best for: Plasterboard walls where a surface-free finish is the priority.

Every Cable Managed

We Route Whatever You Have

Every cable in your setup is routed in one clean run — alongside your TV wall mounting job.

Power Cable

The most visible cable on any mounted TV. Routed to the nearest socket in one neat run.

HDMI & HDMI ARC/eARC

All HDMI leads from consoles, streaming sticks, soundbars, and AV equipment routed cleanly.

Ethernet

Cat6 ethernet for a wired connection to your TV or streaming device — routed from your router or wall outlet.

Coaxial / Satellite

Sky Q, Sky+, Freesat, and Freeview aerial cables routed neatly from entry point to behind the TV. Pair with our Sky box mounting.

Optical Audio

Optical lead for soundbar or AV receiver connections routed alongside all other cables in the same run.

Streaming Devices

Apple TV, Fire Stick, Chromecast and similar — power and HDMI tucked away. See Apple TV mounting.

Quick Guide

Which Option Is Right for Your Wall?

Plasterboard wall and you want zero visible cables

Hidden behind the plasterboard wall — completely seamless finish, no trunking visible. See plasterboard mounting.

Brick or concrete wall

Surface trunking — the suitable option on solid walls. Still clean and professional.

Plasterboard wall but you rent and want reversibility

Surface trunking — no permanent wall changes, removed cleanly if you move out.

Not sure what wall type you have

No problem — we check on arrival as part of every TV wall mounting visit and confirm the right cable option before starting.

Common Questions

Cable Hiding FAQ

Yes — cable hiding is offered as part of a TV mounting job, not as a standalone service. The two are done together in the same visit so the cables, bracket, and wall route are planned as one. If your TV is already mounted and you want cables tidied, contact us and we will advise on what we can accommodate.
No — hiding cables inside the wall is only possible on plasterboard cavity walls. The cables are routed through the internal void between two neat back-box plates, sized to the load and routed clear of any electrical runs we identify on the day. On brick, concrete, or stone walls, surface trunking is the correct solution and still gives a very clean result. BS 7671:2018 electrical compliance — the cable, the cavity, and the bracket are calculated together, not assumed.
The typical TV cable set — power, HDMI, HDMI ARC/eARC, ethernet, coaxial satellite, optical audio. We confirm the full cable list in your quote so the route is planned before the visit; unusual cables (commercial AV runs, fixed wiring) are checked on a case-by-case basis.
We fit white PVC trunking that sits flat against the wall. It is slim, neat, and professional-looking. If you want it to match your wall colour, you can paint it yourself with standard emulsion — we do not carry out painting.
Cable management is available as part of a TV mounting job. If your TV is already mounted and you want cable management added, contact us and we will advise — in many cases we can accommodate this.
No. We use a back-box system that creates two small openings — one directly behind the TV and one at socket level — covered by neat wall plates. Behind-wall routing typically adds time on top of the TV mount itself. There is no cutting between them and minimal mess; the openings are covered by the wall plates so no plastering or repainting is required.
Cable hiding inside the wall is from £80 (included in our Premium tier from £200). External trunking is a lower-cost alternative from £25. See /pricing.

Rayhan - you smashed it again! 2 large TV installations (75" & 85"), were completed perfectly. So straight and secure with cables hidden. You are the best there is at this kind of domestic work my friend! I wouldn't trust anyone else to complete this kind of work for me.

We were looking to put our 65 inc TV on a wall. We got the service with inside the wall cable management and they also provided the bracket as it was a better fit for our wall.
