We connect the Apple TV via HDMI and confirm the picture and audio are working before we leave. Input labels are applied so you can switch straight to it without guessing.

Power Cable Managed

The Apple TV power cable is routed neatly — bundled with any other cables and tidied against the wall. For a fully hidden cable run, add our cable hiding service in the same visit.

Apple ID Setup

Signing in with Apple ID and setting up apps is the customer's responsibility as it requires your personal credentials. We are happy to help if you ask — just let us know before the job.

Apple TV Mounting FAQ

Yes — Apple TV mounting is an add-on service. We mount and connect the Apple TV box as part of a TV wall mounting visit. We do not offer this as a standalone visit.
We mount the Apple TV box behind the TV or on the bracket where space allows — keeping it out of sight and the setup looking clean. Mounting the box itself is a short part of the visit once the TV is on the wall. Exact position depends on your bracket and TV setup, which we assess on the day.
Either works — two options. (1) You supply the Apple TV mount, clip, or VESA holder and we install it: pay the labour cost only. (2) Tell us when you book and we will source the right holder for your TV and bracket: we agree the holder cost in writing before the visit and the final price covers holder + labour. We do not stock these on the van, so the source-it option needs pre-arranging — let us know with your quote.
Yes — we connect the Apple TV via HDMI and test the picture and audio on the configured input before we leave. HDMI cable labelling is included so you know which input to switch to.
Apple ID sign-in and app setup is the customer's responsibility, as it requires your personal Apple credentials. If you need a hand getting started, we are happy to assist on the day — just let us know when you book.
Yes — cable hiding is available as a separate add-on in the same visit. We can route the HDMI and power cables through surface trunking or behind the wall (plasterboard only). See our cable hiding service for details.
