Bracket Supply & Fitting
No bracket included with the C7. If you ask for a bracket when you book, we bring the correct one; if you’d rather supply your own, we’ll fit it for your size, VESA pattern, and wall type. Heavy-duty brackets required at 85" and 98" — we bring the right one.
Cable Management
Surface trunking or in-wall routing available. Cable routing is planned before the bracket goes up. The C7 Mini-LED depth allows adequate clearance for most cable approaches.
Google TV & Gaming Setup
Once mounted, we connect to Wi-Fi, complete Google TV setup, configure picture settings, and verify 144Hz / HDMI 2.1 / VRR for gaming. All inputs tested before we leave.

The key is selecting the right bracket for the size and weight — particularly at 85" and 98" where the C7 is heavier than buyers expect. We confirm the bracket, VESA pattern, and wall fixings before drilling.
What type of bracket does the TCL C7 need?
The TCL C7 does not include a wall mount bracket — only a stand. The correct bracket depends on the VESA pattern and weight of your specific size. Smaller models (55" and 65") use a standard VESA bracket, while larger models (75", 85", 98") need a heavy-duty bracket rated for the higher weight. If you’d like a bracket, we’ll add the right one to your quote and bring it on the day; if you’d rather supply your own, we’ll fit it; we also carry brackets in the van for your C7 size and wall type as part of the installation.
Can a 98" TCL C7 be wall mounted safely?
Yes — but the 98" TCL C7 is around 50kg (per TCL's published specifications), which is a serious load. Plasterboard alone will not support this weight. We need to fix into structural studs, timber noggins, or masonry behind the plasterboard. A two-person lift is required for the 98" size. We assess the wall before drilling and confirm the fixing method for the actual weight.
Does the TCL C7 support 144Hz gaming after mounting?
Yes — the TCL C7 supports 144Hz via HDMI 2.1 on a wide TV-size range. Once mounted, we connect your console or PC, verify the HDMI 2.1 port is active, and confirm 144Hz / VRR / ALLM settings are enabled in the Google TV menu. Game Mode is also configured so you get the lowest input lag from day one.
Can you hide cables on a TCL C7 installation?
Yes — we offer both surface trunking and in-wall cable routing. The C7 has a Mini-LED depth that provides reasonable clearance behind the panel for cable management. We plan cable routing before the bracket goes up and confirm the approach with you. In-wall routing gives the cleanest finish; surface trunking is the faster, non-destructive option.
