The LG B Series is LG's entry-level OLED line — and its ultra-thin panel needs the same specialist handling as any OLED. Part of our full TV wall mounting service. If you’d like a bracket, we’ll add the right one to your quote and bring it on the day; if you’d rather supply your own, we’ll fit the bracket (not included), handle the fragile panel with care, and hide all cables for a clean wall-mounted finish.

Why OLED Panels Need Care
Ultra-Thin & Fragile
The OLED panel is paper-thin in places — just a few millimetres thick at the top. It can flex, crack, or develop dead pixels if mishandled. Pressure on the screen face, bending during lifting, or dropping even a short distance can cause irreversible damage. This is why OLED installation should not be a DIY job.

OLED TVs are lighter than LED equivalents. Most sizes are suitable for plasterboard with correct cavity fixings.
The Installation Difference
No Bracket Included
Unlike the G Series which comes with a flush wall mount, the B Series includes only a tabletop stand. A VESA-compatible wall bracket must be purchased separately and must be rated for the TV's weight and your wall type. If you’d like a bracket, we’ll add the right one to your quote and bring it on the day; if you’d rather supply your own, we’ll fit it; we also carry brackets in the van as part of every installation.

OLED Panel Handling
The B Series OLED panel is extremely thin and flexible. We handle it with specialist care throughout installation — always supporting from behind, never applying screen pressure, and using two people for 65" and above.
Bracket Supply & Fitting
No bracket is included with the B Series. If you’d like a bracket, we’ll add the right VESA-compatible one to your quote and bring it on the day; if you’d rather supply your own, we’ll fit it; we also carry brackets in the van so you can buy one on the day rated for your TV size and wall type — fixed, tilting, or full-motion depending on your preference.
Cable Management
We route all cables cleanly — HDMI, power, optical, and ethernet — behind the plasterboard wall or through surface trunking. LG OLED TVs sit close to the wall, so clean cable management is essential for a tidy finish.
Smart TV Setup
Once mounted, we connect Wi-Fi, set up your streaming apps on webOS, configure picture settings for your room, and verify all HDMI ports are working. We also enable gaming features if you have a console.

LG B Series OLED FAQ
Is the LG B Series OLED panel fragile?
Yes — like all OLED TVs, the LG B Series has an extremely thin, flexible panel that can be damaged by pressure or bending during handling. The panel is thinner than a smartphone in places. We handle OLED panels with specialist care, always supporting the TV from behind and never applying pressure to the screen face.
Does the LG B4 or B5 come with a wall mount bracket?
No. The LG B Series does not include a wall mount bracket in the box — only a tabletop stand. You need to purchase a VESA-compatible bracket separately. If you’d like a bracket, we’ll add the right one to your quote and bring it on the day; if you’d rather supply your own, we’ll fit it; we also carry brackets in the van for your wall type and TV size, rated for the weight of your specific model.
What is the difference between the LG B Series and C Series?
The B Series is LG's entry-level OLED — it uses the Alpha 8 processor (vs the C Series Alpha 9) and has a 120Hz panel (vs 144Hz on the C Series). The picture quality is still excellent and far superior to any LED TV, but the C Series has better motion handling and brighter peak highlights. Installation requirements are identical.
Can you mount an LG B Series on plasterboard?
Yes. The LG B Series is relatively light for an OLED TV (around 12 kg at 55", per LG's published specifications), making it suitable for plasterboard walls with the correct cavity fixings or stud mounting. We assess your wall before installation and use the appropriate fixings for your wall type.
How do you hide cables on an LG B Series OLED?
LG OLED TVs have all ports on one side of the back panel. We route HDMI, power, and optical cables behind the plasterboard wall or through surface trunking along the wall. For the cleanest result, we recommend in-wall cable hiding which makes all cables cleanly concealed from the front.
