What's Not in the Box
No Bracket Included
Unlike the LG G3 and G4 which include the Zero Gap Wall Mount, the C Series comes with a stand only — no wall mount bracket in the box. You need to source the correct bracket separately, or use our bracket supply service. The VESA pattern varies by size, and the bracket must match the TV weight. We confirm everything before installation.

The Installation Difference
OLED Panels Need Specialist Care
OLED screens are thinner and more flexible than LED panels — applying pressure to the screen surface, face-down placement on unprotected surfaces, or single-person lifting on larger sizes can cause permanent damage. The C Series also has very limited cable clearance at the back when mounted close to a wall, so cable routing must be planned before the bracket goes up.
The C Series is the most popular OLED we install — and the most common TV we see damaged by DIY attempts. Specialist handling makes the difference.

OLED Panel Handling
OLED panels are thinner and more fragile than LED or QLED screens. Incorrect handling — including pressure on the screen surface or improper lifting technique — can cause permanent damage. We follow correct OLED handling protocols throughout: two-person lift for larger sizes, panel protection at all times, no face-down placement.
Bracket Supply & Fitting
The LG C Series does not include a wall mount bracket in the box. If you'd like a bracket, we'll add the right one to your quote and bring it on the day; if you'd rather supply your own, we'll fit it; we also carry brackets in the van for your room setup — flat, tilt, or slim full-motion — and verify the VESA pattern and weight rating match your specific C Series size before installation.
Cable Management
All connections are directly on the back of the C Series, leaving limited clearance when mounted close to the wall. We plan cable routing before drilling — surface trunking for a tidy finish, or full in-wall concealment for a completely clean look. The result is cables you never see.
LG Setup & Configuration
Once mounted, we configure your TV: Magic Remote pairing, Wi-Fi connection, Filmmaker Mode activation, and webOS setup. We calibrate picture settings for the room so the OLED panel looks its best from the moment we leave.

Does the LG C Series come with a wall mount bracket?
No. Unlike the LG G3 and G4 which include the Zero Gap Wall Mount in the box, the LG C Series does not include any wall mount bracket. You will need to supply your own or use our bracket supply service. We recommend a low-profile flat bracket or a slim tilt bracket depending on your room setup — we advise on the best option when you book.
What is the difference between the LG C Series and G Series for wall mounting?
The main difference is the wall-gap and the mount. The G Series uses a proprietary Zero Gap Wall Mount that holds the TV 0–5mm from the wall — virtually flush. The C Series uses a standard VESA bracket, which typically sits 25–40mm from the wall depending on the bracket chosen. Both TVs have the same OLED evo panel and require the same careful handling during installation — the difference is purely in how flush they sit.
Can you mount the LG C Series on a plasterboard wall?
Yes. The C Series can be mounted on plasterboard using specialist cavity fixings or by locating and fixing into the wall studs. We always assess the wall before drilling and confirm the correct fixing method for your TV size and wall structure. For larger sizes we prefer stud-mounted fixings for maximum security.
How do you manage cables on the LG C Series when wall-mounted?
The LG C Series has all connections (HDMI, USB, power) directly on the back of the TV with a flat profile when mounted. This leaves limited clearance between the TV back and wall. We plan the cable routing before mounting — either through surface trunking along the wall edge, or fully concealed behind the plasterboard wall for a completely clean finish.
Can you set up Filmmaker Mode on the LG C Series?
Yes. Once mounted and connected, we activate Filmmaker Mode, pair the Magic Remote, connect to your Wi-Fi, and configure webOS. Filmmaker Mode disables motion smoothing and post-processing to show films exactly as the director intended — it makes a significant difference on OLED and is worth setting up correctly from the start.
