Why Cable Hiding Looks So Clean
One Connect Cable System
All HDMI, USB, and power connections plug into a separate One Connect Box — not directly into the TV. A single transparent optical cable connects the Box to the TV. This is the reason the Frame can appear completely cable-free on the wall. Route that one cable behind the plasterboard wall and the result is a screen with nothing visible behind it.

The Installation Difference
Why a Standard Bracket Won't Do
A standard VESA bracket holds the Frame 40–60mm from the wall — a visible gap that destroys the gallery effect. Samsung's No-Gap Wall Mount (WMN-M11E for up to 65", WMN-M15E for 75"+) sits the TV just 10–15mm from the wall. The mount is not included in the box and must be the correct model for your Frame size. If you'd like it fitted, we'll add the correct mount to your quote and bring it on the day; if you'd rather supply your own, we'll fit it.

A standard TV install is not enough for the Frame. Here is everything we handle — as part of our professional TV mounting service.
No-Gap Wall Mount
Either works — supply your own no-gap mount and we fit it (labour only), or tell us when you book and we source the correct kit for your Frame model with the cost agreed in writing first. The TV sits flush against the wall — picture-frame finish.
One Connect Cable Hiding
Samsung's transparent One Connect cable routes behind the plasterboard wall or through in-wall trunking. Completely invisible from the front — the clean look the Frame is famous for.
Art Mode Setup
We activate Art Mode, connect your Samsung account, and set up the motion sensor so the TV displays artwork when idle and wakes when you enter the room.
Portrait Mode (Optional)
The Frame TV can be rotated to portrait orientation on select models. We handle the physical rotation, adjust the mount accordingly, and set the display orientation in the TV settings.

Does the Samsung Frame TV need a special bracket?
Yes — for the flush-to-wall look, the Frame TV needs the correct no-gap wall mount (Samsung's own kit, e.g. WMN-M11E / WMN-M15E depending on size, or a compatible no-gap mount). Standard VESA brackets work but leave a gap between TV and wall, which defeats the purpose of the Frame. Either works on supply: tell us when you book and we will source the right no-gap mount for your Frame (cost agreed in writing first), or supply your own and we will fit it.
Can you fit the Samsung One Invisible Connection cable?
Yes. The Samsung Frame uses a single transparent optical cable called the One Connect or One Invisible Connection cable that routes to a separate One Connect Box. On a plasterboard wall we route this cable behind the plasterboard wall or through in-wall trunking so it is cleanly concealed; on solid walls (brick, concrete) we use neat surface trunking. This is what gives the Frame its clean, frameless appearance.
How close to the wall does the Samsung Frame TV mount?
Using the Samsung No-Gap Wall Mount, the Frame TV sits approximately 10–15mm from the wall — close enough to look like artwork. The exact gap depends on the generation of Frame TV and the specific mount model. We ensure the correct fit for your TV generation.
Can you set up Art Mode on the Samsung Frame TV?
Yes. Once mounted and connected, we can help you activate Art Mode, connect to your Wi-Fi, and get the Samsung Art Store configured. We also set up the Motion Sensor so the TV wakes when you enter the room — a key feature of the Frame experience.
Which wall types can the Samsung Frame TV be mounted on?
The Frame TV can be mounted on most wall types — brick, plasterboard, concrete, or chimney breast. The no-gap mount attaches using standard fixings for the wall type. On plasterboard, we use specialist cavity anchors or stud-mounting. On brick or concrete, we use masonry anchors.
