Remove TV from existing bracket

We disconnect all cables carefully and remove the TV, placing it safely. No cables yanked, no scratched screens.

Remove bracket and fill holes

The bracket comes off cleanly. All original fixing holes are filled and sanded flush. We leave the original wall surface clean.

Assess new wall position

We check the new wall type, scan for pipes and cables, and confirm the correct fixings. We take measurements with you for the optimal height and position.

Install at new position

Bracket installed with correct fixings for the new wall. Level checked. TV hung, cables reconnected, picture and sound tested before we leave.

TV Remounting FAQ

Yes. We remove the TV and bracket from the existing wall, make good the holes (fill and sand), and reinstall on the new wall with all the correct fixings for the new wall type. If the new wall is a different material — for example, moving from brick to plasterboard — we bring the appropriate fixings.
Not necessarily. If your existing bracket is in good condition and the VESA pattern matches the new position, we can reuse it. If a different bracket type is needed (for example, a full-motion bracket in the new location), either works — you can supply your own, ask us to add one to your quote, or buy one from the van on the day.
Yes. As standard, we fill and sand the original fixing holes as part of the remounting service. If you need the holes painted over too, we can do basic touching up — or advise on the paint match if you want a perfect finish.
Yes — this is a very common job. The decorator finishes the room, new paint or wallpaper goes up, and the TV needs to go back up. We attend after the decorating is complete and reinstall neatly against the fresh wall.
