Property wall types vary greatly by age and location. Pre-1930s Kent properties (common in Dartford old town, Gravesend, and Maidstone) have solid brick walls. 1930s–70s suburban homes have brick external walls, often with plasterboard internals. Rural properties and period conversions can include stone walls, flint, or unusual construction that requires specialist assessment. We have experience with all these types.
