The E20 postcode — the Olympic Park area — is now home to thousands of new-build apartments in the Westfield and Stratford City developments. These require specialist cavity fixings (grip-it anchors or toggle bolts) rather than standard screws. We are very experienced with new-build plasterboard walls and carry all necessary fixings. Victorian and Edwardian properties in the older parts of E15 have solid brick walls — straightforward and very secure to mount into. Post-war properties may have either concrete or brick construction.
