Emergency TV Mounting

An emergency mounting is anything time-sensitive where waiting is not practical or safe. The most common cases are: a TV that has fallen off the wall or is visibly pulling away from it (safety risk), a TV that was mounted today for a specific event, or a situation where a new TV needs to be set up urgently for a guest, event, or the same day.

For urgent safety situations — a TV that has fallen or is at risk of falling — call us directly. We will check availability immediately and do our best to fit you in as soon as we can. Actual response time depends on your location and what is already booked, but we prioritise safety-critical calls.

First, make the area safe. If the TV has fallen to the floor, keep people away from it until it is confirmed safe to handle — screens can crack and create sharp edges. Do not attempt to re-hang it with the same fixings that failed. Call us and we will assess the original failure and reinstall correctly.

Emergency bookings use the same pricing structure as a regular appointment — see our pricing page for current rates. Out-of-hours callouts (evenings after 7pm or early mornings) may attract an additional charge; we will confirm any extra cost upfront before booking.

Yes — if the situation is urgent (TV delivered and needs to be up today, guests arriving this evening, event happening tonight), call us before noon and we will check same-day availability. We always try to accommodate genuine urgency.

We cover London, East London, Essex (Chelmsford, Romford, Brentwood, Basildon), Kent, Surrey, and Bromley. Emergency availability depends on where the team is working on the day. Calling directly gives you the fastest answer on whether we can reach you.

Emergency / same-day TV mounting is the same price as a scheduled install — from £100 (basic) and from £150 (Standard tier). No emergency surcharge; we charge the standard tier price even on same-day callouts where availability allows. See /pricing.
